Dual-Phase Perfection: 1:1 Precise Co-Dispensing
Some formulas are better apart. Our Two-Compartment Fresh-Mix Bottles are engineered for "Double Serum" concepts where ingredients (such as Oil + Water, or Active A + Active B) are incompatible for long-term storage or need to preserve distinct visual textures. By utilizing Separate Reservoirs housed within a single premium outer shell, we ensure that the two formulas never touch until the moment of actuation. This technology allows brands to market "Fresh Blending" and "Maximum Potency" claims with confidence.
TECHNICAL SPECS & GUIDE
1. The Mechanics of Co-Dispensing (1:1 Ratio) The challenge with dual chambers is uneven dispensing. We solve this with a synchronized Dual-Piston Pump System. A single press activates two independent suction channels, delivering a precise 50/50 mix (or custom ratios) of both fluids. This ensures the consumer finishes both chambers at the exact same time.
2. Material Compatibility & Visuals
Outer Shell: High-clarity Acrylic (PMMA) or Glass for a luxury window effect.
Inner Bottles: PP or Glass liner options. For light-sensitive active ingredients (like Retinol stored in one chamber), we can make one inner bottle opaque/amber and the other clear, creating a striking technical aesthetic.
3. Filling Line Considerations Unlike standard bottles, these require dual-nozzle filling lines. We provide comprehensive Filling Guides and technical drawings (DWG/PDF) to help your contract filler (CM) adjust their equipment for our packaging, ensuring a smooth production run.
