1. From 3D Concept to CNC MoldThe process starts with your sketch. Our engineering team converts it into a 3D CAD model, conducting Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to identify weak points or glass distribution issues. We then cut high-precision CNC molds, reducing the lead time for sampling to as little as 25-30 days.
2. Glass Distribution & Draft AnglesIrregular shapes challenge the laws of physics. We optimize the Draft Angles (the slope needed to remove the glass from the mold) and control the Gob Weight to ensure even wall thickness, preventing fragility in sharp corners—a common failure point in poorly engineered custom glass.
3. Decorating the "Undecoratable"Printing on a round bottle is easy; printing on a twisted or concave surface is an art. We utilize Water Transfer Decals and Robotic Spray Arms to apply branding and color to complex geometries where traditional silk screen machines cannot reach.
